Gudeg Bu Mari in Solo

Place to get good traditional food late at night or very early in the morning.

We called it bubur lemu.... Is a porridge served with Coconut gravy..

Very expensive, and the place is very small. Not cozy

i prefer wet-gudeg (this one) than dry-gudeg (like yu' djum)

Gudeg is never only a comfort food but local delicacy I love from Solo, gudeg ceker Bu Mari is one of them, with the tasty food your tummy gonna be happy, place always full of people and it's open for 24 hours. Must try!

24x7 Gudeg in SoloSolo's gudeg is noticeably different in taste compared to Jogja's. Not too sweet. The chicken is tender with spicy krecek guaranteed to be family's choice.Will come back again.

I knew this waroeng gudeg from parking man around a&m co restaurant. He said must try this gudeg bu mari, beside the famous gudeg ceker margoyudan, location is near amarelo hotel. I like this gudeg taste its fit with my suroboyo tounge. Not really sweet, but balance between krecek, jackfruit gudeg, and chicken suwir. The also provide chicken leg, so tender and tasteful. Must try i said.

One of the most delicious gudeg food places in solo, providing Gudeg, Sambel Goreng Trecek, Opor Ayam which can be eaten with rice or bubur lemu (rice porridge)

It just doesn't suit to my taste.

I like the taste, its not like other gudeg which is usually sweet.The price is ok, not cheap but not too expensive. The place is small, but who cares? As long as the taste is delicious.

Perfect choice for you who dont like sweet food but still want to try Gudeg. They also have chicken foot on their menu. They cook their cuisine on the charcoal, make the food more delicious. The place is not wide enough, so be patient to wait. Price is reasonable so worth to try when you are in Solo.

For you who likes spicy food it's recommended for you. It's not typically sweet gudeg like regular Yogyakarta or Solo gudeg taste, but spicy. Just try it out yourself 😉

Placed in middle of town, near tourist attractions, hotels, but somewhat they still lack of chair. And they has some pictures taken with celebs (assumed visited there) so you know that this is quite famous hawker. Food taste will suit for you who don't like sweet gudeg.

Looking at the place, we would not have guessed that here sells one of the most delicious gudeg in solo. I give preference solo's gudeg than jogja's. The difference between the two lies in the level of sweetness. Here, the ingredient is fresh while the taste of each item in her gudeg are pretty good. Worth a try.
